Parenting by Mama is a parenting-guidance service. This policy explains the limited data we collect, why, and the choices you have — in plain language.
What we collect
You don't need an account to browse, and we don't ask for your name, email, or your child's details. We collect: (1) anonymous usage analytics, only if you allow it; (2) functional data stored on your device (language, region, theme, and your consent choice); and (3) the messages you send to our AI assistant, so it can reply.
Cookies & similar technologies
We use a small set of necessary cookies to route pages, remember your language and theme, and store your consent choice. Where your region requires consent, Google Analytics loads only after you accept it. See the Cookie Policy for the full list. You can change or withdraw consent any time from Privacy choices.
Privacy-preserving analytics
Separately from the optional Google Analytics above, we count anonymous page views with a privacy-preserving, cookieless signal. It sets no cookie and stores no personal data — we only ever see aggregate totals (for example, how many people read recipes today, grouped by country). Because it holds nothing that could identify you, it runs under our legitimate interest to understand and improve the site, so it needs no consent and works whether or not you accept analytics cookies.
AI chat
When you use the chat, your messages are sent to our AI service to generate a reply and may be retained to improve the assistant. Please don't share sensitive personal or medical information — the chat is general parenting guidance, not medical advice.

We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising. Analytics is used only to understand and improve the site.
Children's privacy
This site is for parents and carers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices & rights
You can accept or reject analytics any time via Privacy choices, clear cookies in your browser, and — depending on your region (e.g. GDPR, DPDP, CCPA) — request access to or deletion of your data. To exercise a right, contact us.
